The development of digital-based tools is changing the landscape of how organizations work, and school organizations are no exception. Websites are recommended to increase the accessibility of educators and educational leaders at the school level in order to promote school quality. Using the development model proposed by Borg and Gall [1], the current study developed a website that can be specifically used by schools to evaluate the leadership performance of school principals: Anjungan Tumbuh Mandiri Kepala Sekolah (ATMKS). We postulate that the principal assessment stage consists of five stages: principal candidate certification, principal candidate selection, induction of novice principals, principal development, and the last stage is principal appraisal. The website we developed not only promotes a new way of evaluating principal performance digitally, but also offers a different approach to assessing school performance. Finally, we discuss the findings and offer both theoretical and practical implications. © 2025 IEEE.
