Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Penulis (UKMP) is a student organization engaged in the field of writing which has a vision for UKMP members to be progressive in writing books. Books from UKMP members will be sold and proceeds from sales will be given to members to increase members' motivation in writing. The book sales process experienced problems in 2022 when the UKMP's book Instagram account was blocked so that the dissemination of book sales information was transferred to the UKMP's web. Because the sales process is hampered, there is a buildup of printed books. This research was conducted to build a web-based book sales and production management information system with the scrum method in which this information system has a book print prediction feature. The book's print prediction feature is built with Mamdani's fuzzy logic method. The scrum method is used because in working on this information system it can adjust to the needs of UKMP that are volatile and fast in their work. The steps of the scrum method are requirements, system design with scrum, and increments. The requirements step is the step of collecting book data displayed on the web and book production data from 2018 to 2022. Production data that has been collected is processed to predict book print with Mamdani's fuzzy logic. The system design step with scrum is the step of preparing a backlog list, sprint planning, sprint, and testing. The test results of the book production management system with Mamdani's fuzzy logic have an accuracy rate of 90% with an error of 10%. The entire system has also been tested directly to users with an acceptable system percentage of 78% for design aspects and 85% for function suitability aspects. The last step is increment where at this step all backlogs that have been built and have not changed can be used by users. This information system can be used to help the process of selling and printing UKMP's books. This information system can help book sales admins manage order data from consumers and make it easier to determine book prints for future years so that there is no book buildup. © 2024 American Institute of Physics Inc..
