Abstract

This study aims to determine the features of documentation technology in professional learning communities for effective schools in Indonesia and Malaysia. The type of research is multi-case. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out based on thematic categorization. Integration of documentation technology features into PLCs in schools across Indonesia and Malaysia has significant potential to improve educational effectiveness. Educators can develop a more collaborative, data-driven, and reflective teaching environment by utilizing digital collaboration platforms, video documentation tools, data collection systems, cloud storage, and interactive tools. © 2025 IEEE.
