Background: Collaboration programs serve as one of the solutions to improve the quality of educational services in schools. The reality shows that schools with a strong reputation and the trust of both the community and external institutions are more likely to remain competitive, sustain themselves, and thrive as organizations by fostering effective cooperation among all supporting components. Methods: This study employs a qualitative approach. A descriptive analysis method is utilized to gain an in-depth understanding of the forms of collaboration between Oro-oro Dowo public school, located in Malang City, Indonesia, and external parties in the context of providing quality educational services. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews and a review of theories from various literature sources. Results: The findings of this study indicate that efforts to provide quality educational services align with the school's vision to fostering students who are excellent, globally minded, and environmentally conscious. These efforts are carried out through collaboration with external parties, encompassing both preventive and remedial partnerships. Conclusions: Preventive and remedial collaboration efforts are integral to ensuring the provision of quality education. © 2025 IEEE.
