Abstract

The researcher aims to examine the effect of STARA awareness on job insecurity, STARA Awareness on turnover intention, STARA awareness on organizational commitment, STARA awareness on job satisfaction, job insecurity on organizational commitment, job insecurity on turnover intention, job insecurity on job satisfaction, organizational commitment on turnover intention and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The quantitative research methodology used an explanatory research type. This research was conducted at a bank in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. The sample in this study was 171 employees. The research data was collected through Questionnaires via social media. This research uses data analysis techniques through path analysis with software using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. This study confirmed the effect of STARA awareness on turnover intention, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. However, STARA awareness does not affect job insecurity. © 2025 IEEE.
