The freedom to learn curriculum in Indonesia necessitates digital media that facilitates the administration of curriculum with independence and adaptability. The objective of this investigation is to create and verify e-pocketbooks as a curriculum management aid for teachers and principals. Validation of the e-pocketbook was conducted using a quantitative research approach. This involved an alpha test conducted by media experts, materials experts, and practitioners in the field of education, as well as a beta test participated by teachers and principals at Elementary Laboratory School of Malang State University. The study's findings indicated that the e-pocketbook was well-received by end users and was of high quality in terms of appearance, presentation of materials, and utility. This investigation contributes to the development of a digital media validation that facilitates the implementation of the freedom to learn curriculum and has the potential to be extensively implemented in Indonesian schools as a curriculum management tool. © 2025 IEEE.
