This study examines the effects of digital leadership on digital capability and employee performance through digital culture at a power company in Malang City, East Java, Indonesia. The research model employed is a quantitative descriptive study with explanatory components. Determination of the research sample using the proportional sampling technique. The sample comprised 108 respondents, calculated using a sample size calculator. The data are quantitative, and the sources are primary and secondary. For the data analysis, the researchers used descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The study found that digital leadership has a positive and significant effect on digital culture, digital capability, and employee performance. In addition, digital culture has a positive effect on both digital capability and employee performance. companies can enhance digital training programs for leaders and employees to strengthen their skills in effectively managing technological change and supporting innovation and performance. © 2025 IEEE.
