To support performance within an organization, not only reliable human resources are needed but also the appropriate advancement in technology. Information technology makes work easier and faster. Every organization or company undoubtedly has a specialized department tasked with managing administrative affairs. To maximize the administration services for Postgraduate students, one thing that can be done is to utilize technology assistance, namely a website-based administrative service application. The development method used in this research is by employing the stages of the ADDIE model, including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Based on the results of the trials conducted, the expert assessment of the system's usability aspect obtained a percentage of 88.58% in the category of adequate, and system functionality achieved 100% in the valid category. Furthermore, the field trial results on the system's usability aspect obtained 90.91% in the adequate category, and system functionality reached 100% in the valid category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application created is very good and highly suitable for use. © 2025 IEEE.
