This study aims to: (1) Determine the effectiveness of industrial work practices of Motorcycle Engineering (TSM) students at Muhammadiyah Purwodadi Vocational School. (2) Determine the practical skills of Motorcycle Engineering (TSM) students at Muhammadiyah Purwodadi Vocational School. (3) Determine the effectiveness of industrial work practices on the skills of Motorcycle Engineering (TSM) students at Muhammadiyah Purwodadi Vocational School. The population of the study was 30 students in grade XII TSM. The study sample was 30 people. Sampling used the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each item of which had been tested and met the validity and reliability standards. Data analysis used normality tests, correlation tests, linearity tests, simple regression tests and determination tests. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that (1) the effectiveness of industrial work practices at Muhammadiyah Purwodadi Vocational School received an average score of 71.4/80 total score or an average value of 89.25% with a Very Good predicate. (2) practical skills at SMK Muhammadiyah Purwodadi got an average score of 59.9/80 total score or an average value of 75% with a good predicate. (3) correlation coefficient (r) of 0.068 and determination coefficient (R2) of 0.005. So, 0.5% of the practical skills of class XII TSM students at SMK Muhammadiyah Purwodadi are influenced by the effectiveness of industrial work practices. © 2025 Author(s).
