Mental health for employees, AI as a strategy, and improving employee well-being are unknown topics that are interesting to discuss. This paper distinguishes its relevance from the basic definition and measurement gap. It also explores recent relatedissues and phenomena, andunderstands the modelandthe practicalsolutions that should be implemented, especially for Gen Z and this era. It is not merely to explain the research's fundamental perspective, but also the real case perspective that appears when AI-mental health and well-being programs are implemented in companies. Although this era is familiar with digital technology in many aspects, including AI, HRM, mental health, and employee well-being, when combined, these topics remain a conversation that is not discussed in much greater depth. Therefore, this paper presents the topic in simple detail, igniting a more extended discussion on developing knowledge and digital human resource management.
