For the people of Indonesia, paddy is a primary need as a source of energy and carbohydrates in their daily lives. In 2030-2035, the projected population in Kediri Regency is expected to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the paddy harvest area so that the food needs of the people in Kediri Regency can be optimally met. To support this effort, the Regent of Kediri, Hanindhito Himawan Pratama, better known as Mas Dhito, has launched the Desa Inovasi Tani Organik (DITO) Program. It is important to analyze the effectiveness of the DITO Program, as this can serve as one of the recommendations for decision-making regarding the program’s sustainability. This study uses a combination of forecasting techniques, namely decomposition and ARIMA, to analyze the potential sustainability of the DITO Program. This approach aims to assess the effectiveness of the program in a more measurable and data-based manner in increasing the rice harvest area in Kediri District in the coming period as a basis for further policy decision-making. © 2025 American Institute of Physics Inc..
