Mathematics is a very useful field of science in human life. However, students' math skills are still very low, one of which is on permutation and combination materials. This is due to the lack of media used by teachers. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to find out the process and results of developing mobile learning assisted by Kodular on permutation and combination materials that are valid, practical and effective. The research method used is Research and Development by adapting the ADDIE development model, which is carried out in five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the ADDIE model, each stage focuses on analyzing needs, designing materials, developing and validating the media, testing it, and evaluating its effectiveness. The subjects of this research involved 19 students of class XI DKV-2 SMK PGRI 2 Malang, lecturers and teachers as validators. The instruments used were a validation sheet, test questions, and a student response questionnaire. The results of the research obtained ProMath mobile learning on permutation and combination material developed using valid with an average media validity of 3.85 and material validity of 3.88. ProMath is an android-based learning application that allows students to access learning anytime and anywhere and encourages independent learning and increases motivation. The results of the student response questionnaires show that ProMath is practical for use in learning, with a practicality score of 3.50. Meanwhile, 84.21% of students achieved more than the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP) with an average score of 76.73 so that mobile learning meets the criteria for media effectiveness. © 2025 American Institute of Physics Inc..
