Vocational education is education which has pattern to develop skills, attitude, behavior, good habits and appreciate whose need by the employee to entered the fields and making the good progress in the work which have the meanings and productive. In the context of vocational education the meaning of qualities is the qualities of graduated the students who has good academic and non-academic qualities. The performance qualities of graduated is influenced of input and learning process. This Research aim at 1). Analyzing the simultaneous effect between Cumulative Index Point, Marketing Tourism Study, and Soft Skills. 2). Analyzing the partial effect between Marketing Tourism Study, Soft Skills. 3). Analyzing the dominant variable affecting the Performance qualities of graduated Tourism Academy in Medan. The employee of district Tourism office in North Sumatera as respondent of research. Path Analyzed are used in this research. Primary data are collected through questionnaire given to 60 employee. Two independent variables are analyzed. Which are Marketing Tourism Study and Soft Skills. The dependent variable is Performance qualities of Tourism Academy Graduate. The collected data are analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis. Result of research indicates that Cumulative Index Point, Marketing Tourism Study, Soft Skills have positive and simultaneous effect on Performance qualities of Tourism Academy Graduate. Partially, Cumulative Index Point, Tourism Marketing Study, Job Training Point, and Soft Skills variables are found as the dominant effect on Performance qualities of Tourism Academy Graduate. © 2016 Author(s).
