Abstract

The quality of the engagement between Work-based Learning (WBL) stakeholder is an important issue that arises and that a stakeholder integrated approach is required to improve program implementation. This paper examines the literature of stakeholder perspective on WBL to enhance the capacity of engagement of WBL program. This paper investigated the perspective of the three key stakeholder, industry, students and the higher education. Conclusions are drawn and suggestions are made for further research in the WBL engagement. © 2016 Author(s).
