This study aims to know: (1) the influence of education level towards the motivation, (2) the influence of economic level towards the motivation, (3) the influence of education level towards the study result, (4) the influence of economic level towards the study result, (5) the influence of motivation towards the study result. In collecting the data, the researcher used questionnaire spread to 160 training participants. The data analysis technique is path analysis. The research result shows, (1) there is a direct influence of training participants' education background towards the studying motivation in doing training activities, (2) there is a direct influence of training participants' economic background towards the studying motivation in doing training activities, (3) there is a direct influence of training participants' education background towards the study result, (4) there is no direct influence of training participants' economic background towards the study result, (5) there is a direct influence of studying motivation in doing training activities towards the training participants' study result. © 2016 Author(s).
