Abstract

Department of Mechanical Engineering in State University of Malang has practical course of advanced CNC using CNC PU 3A Milling machine, to reach the needed competence then it was necessary to conduct innovative and creative learning development. This development was interactive media of flash program that developed based on learning implementation plan of advance CNC classes in Department of Mechanical Engineering State University of Malang. The development of this advanced CNC PU 3A Milling Fanuc System learning media adopted ADDIE development model. The steps of ADDIE model were: 1) analysis; 2) design; 3) development; 3) development; 4) implementation; 5) evaluation. Instrument that used to collect data was questionnaire that given to the media expert; material expert, and also small group test for 15 respondents (students). Data obtained from observation result was qualitative data that considered as initial data and quantitative data obtained from scoring result. The need analysis data showed that it was necessary to conduct learning media development of advanced CNC PU 3A Milling Fanuc System. Data from validation result was quantitative data that translated on its validity. The result of content validation to the feasibility and easiness of this learning media utilization showed valid result. Validation result from media expert was 93.1%, from material expert was 88.4%, and from small group test was 88,6%. © 2016 Author(s).
