Abstract

as long as a computational development, this approach has been shifted to improve classical methods to evolutionary methods which are adopted from various natural inspirations. This paper also gains a computational intelligent based on thunderstorm mechanisms which are applied to IEEE-62 bus system considering cloud charges. These works also conduct technical constraints and environmental requirements for defining an optimizing problem. By considering all parameters, cloud charges affect the optimal solution and it also influents to speed characteristics while carrying out the unit commitment problem. © 2018 IEEE.
