The classification itself will be one using one of Decision Tree's methods, C4.5, while the performance will be measured based on confusion matrix. From the result given, C4.5 with holdout shuffled sampling as its technique to validate the method classified the problem with 78.58% of accuracy. The generated tree of C4.5 shows few attributes that affected the capabilities level of students, which are the competencies of students, having ideas and active in activities. © 2018 IEEE.
